Rules designed to keep Captain Relay safe, lawful and useful.
Permitted use
Use Captain Relay only for systems, devices, accounts and data you own or are explicitly authorised to administer.
Prohibited use
- Unauthorised access.
- Malware, ransomware, credential theft or destructive payloads.
- Bypassing or misleading policy, approval, audit or tenant-isolation controls.
- Unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment or privacy invasion.
- Unauthorised exfiltration of credentials, secrets, personal or confidential data.
- Interference with Captain Relay, other customers or third-party infrastructure.
Security research
Good-faith testing of systems you own or are authorised to test is permitted. Testing Captain Relay itself must follow the published security-reporting process and must not access another customer's data or degrade production service.
